We will email some relevant information on suppliers of wetrooms and safety flooring with details of several level access shower trays. In addition we have enclosed details of flush controls that can be used on standard toilets and the contact details of the Taylor therapy chailey shower toilet seat. The supplier should be able to advise on the compatility of the seat to different standard toilets. The spa bath details in the DLF data only relate to special baths so information on this for spa facilities in standard baths would need to be found elsewhere.

It is a beautiful bath, spacious and looks great but very very slippery, dangerously so. I am having difficulty purchasing a suitable secure bath mat, Disability Living Foundation could not help when I called for advice today . Four mats purchased would not adher to the bath, they slipped around. Can someone please help. Very disappointed customer.

Impey digital shower waste pump swpdlh

This pump DEFINITELY needs the valves clearing from time to time (as mentioned in the Impey advert). It often stopped pumping (it did this frequently in the 30 months I had it installed in our wetroom), usually in the middle of a showering session - very inconvenient! I've removed it and made alternative gravity feed waste disposal arrangements, which I wish I'd done originally. It was an expensive mistake!

this has made my life so much better I suffer from MS and at times getting out of the bath was a dangerous task. Keep the hand set on charge seems to loose power over a 24 hour period the reason I found this site was Im looking for a replacement battery pack I unplugged it yesterday morning flat this morning and it had been on charge two days other than that fantastic so much lighter than previous one .We have a teenage son so my wife is lifting it all the time light enough to do the job and easy to handle GREAT

Although quoted our price range to company salesman came and quoted a price of £6500 and when he found that this was considerably too expensive he phoned his manager who allowed him to quote £4500 as a special deal as they were doing other showers in the area. Really disappointed with this bathlifter Have great difficulty putting it in and taking it out of the bath. It is also very "top heavy" and tends to fall over quite a lot in the bath. The plastic is very hard and uncomfortble to sit on.
